Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.
Processing time may vary during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods
We ship using FedEx or USPS, depending on order size and destination.
If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a custom quote.
Shipping Rates
All shipping costs — including handling and packaging — are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using a carrier and method of our choice. Unless specifically requested, no signature will be required for free shipping orders.
Signature Confirmation
Orders with a total value of $700 or more will automatically include signature confirmation upon delivery.
This policy is mandatory and cannot be waived for insurance and security reasons.
Shipping Notes

When possible, multiple small items may be combined into a single shipment to save on costs and reduce packaging waste.

Large or bulky items may be shipped separately for safety and handling reasons.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (FedEx/UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) via email.
If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or requires an address correction, a $25 fee will be charged, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen.

If you prefer signature confirmation for lower-value orders, please request it prior to shipment (additional fees apply).

For packages lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. A replacement or refund will only be issued after the carrier approves the claim and reimbursement is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request one.
Returned items must be:

New, unused, and uninstalled

Returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

✅ Exchange Policy
Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided that professional installation support has been attempted first.
If returned items are found to be fully functional, a $25 handling fee plus return shipping will be charged.
Damage & Liability
Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
Do not install any item that arrives damaged.
Installed or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Top Speed Auto is not liable for damages caused by shipping, handling, or improper installation.
Warranty & Legal Notice
All Top Speed Pro1 exhaust systems and performance parts are intended for off-road or track use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to state and federal regulations — especially in California and New York — certain products may not be legal for use on public roads.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Limited One-Year Warranty
We offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of original purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-racing use.
This warranty:

Applies only to the original purchaser (non-transferable)

Does not cover damage from racing, track use, misuse, impact, improper installation, or modification

Excludes titanium parts damaged by high heat or vibration under racing/track conditions

Does not include labor, installation, removal, painting, or incidental expenses
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Claims submitted without documentation will be denied.
All products are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
Customers are solely responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and compliance with local regulations.
