Stainless Steel Performance Long Tube Slip-On Headers + 200 Cell Catalytic Converters with TIG Welding  Mercedes Benz W211 E55 AMG V8 03-06  ***  These Headers are Inspected & Ported on Each Cylinder to Ensured Smooth Even Flow  New Hardware Included. Professional Installation Recommended due to some E55 AMG models required cutting Factory Exhaust Pipe to be able to install with these upgrade Headers by welding or using exhaust clamps. Need to remove a small triangle heat shields on left and right side for both Header collectors to clear due to larger piping diameters. Need to remove a plastic shield on bottom of the engine. Need to extend the last bottom Left and Right  O2 Sensor wires by 24" longer due to factory O2 sensor wire plugs are located in front.
